ok, so haven't updated in a while, but that's because there hasn't really been all that much worth updating about.
here goes an update anyways:

I still hate my job, a lot. so I'm working on convincing myself to quit, but the fact that I've gotten used to having more than $30 to my name at any given time is keeping me back for now.
although I did put in for the 23rd off like 2 months in advance and am scheduled to work 2-11 that day. that's annoying.
even more annoying is that I haven't seen the only manager that can handle that kind of thing since I saw the schedule. I'm hoping that if I do run into him before then I can just convince him to let me trade for that for one of my other days off, which shouldn't be too hard since he likes me for some reason.
regardless of how that works out I'm not going in that day, I already have other plans that are far more important to me than that job.

I'm back in school, taking classes at a local community college. today I got a letter saying I was being dropped from all of my classes which is complete bs seeing as I paid, and have the receipt saying such, on the day of the deadline. I emailed the lady who sen the letter and she said it was a mistake, although she did say that they have me down as paying last Monday, which is like two weeks after I actually paid, but oh well. I'm still in the classes, so I don't care.

completely unrelated:
I finally saw Lucky Number Slevin, and loved it. cool flick, loved the twists, even though I saw most of them coming before they were revealed, they were still done really well.
I also so Crank the other day, it wasn't quite what I was expecting going into it, it was disjointed and completely unbelieveable, but I still enjoyed it. wouldn't really call it a great film, or even a good one, but it was enjoyable.
