Headin' to Atlanta Wednesday night. Woot! K_Rex has client meetings Thrusday and Friday, and I'm spending those days at the hotel reading, sleeping and playing some Borderlands 2. Friday night and Saturday we'll spend with Fluxy, So. Very. EXCITED!!!!!!!

Sorry peeps. been so tired lately when I get home I basically play with the birds then zone out for a bit of tv, then off to an early bed. For the last few weeks. Well, i was sick through part of that. Anyway, still thinking of oyu all.

Been sick for a time, running a temperature and feeling hoorid. Getting better now. K_Rex took me out to lunch today, the first time in almost a week I've been out of the house, and I was exhausted afterwards, needed a nap. Eesh. Our heater is out on the first floor, and it's cold. I'm running the fireplace to keep it warmish downstairs.

Had a lovely dream last night, about someone i really miss. I wish she were coming back.

Mind is wandering a bit. Guess I'm more tired than I thought. Again.

Friday was a very relaxing day, really needed that day off. K_Rex got home around midnight, but I could not stay awake that long so went to bed and was woken up when she got home and sniggled into bed. **sigh** Better.

Saturday was sleeping, playing Borderlands 2 then off to watch Caolina Hurricanes hockey. A bad loss, but still, hockey. Today was helping K_Rex's sister, a little gorcery shopping, nap, more Borderlands 2 and hocky again..

Sadly, must go to work tomorrow. I really need a couple of weeks off or something.

My brain broke today, so I told my boss I'm taking a mental health day tomorrow and taking the day off. K_Rex gets home tomorrow evening. YAY!

Bleh. K_Rex is gone for the entire wekk in DC. **sigh** I miss her.

Woof...tired. Been stressful at work, but as bad as it's seeming to me. I'm working on taking that chill.

So, all of our friends, most of who we met because of SG, seem to be doing really well. And I'm really glad, don't get me wrong on that count. It makes me so happy to see all of you doing well. I do miss being needed though. I wouldn't change anything to make any of you all be less well, but one thing I have learned about myself is that I need to feel needed. And let's face it, my darling K_Rex is just not a needy person. She does not need me to help her resolve any issues (which I do love). It just leaves me looking for someone that I can connect with and who is...well, who I can help.

Oh well, there are worst things that could happen.
