So after almost 5 months of not talking to, or hearing from my most recent ex, I get a message from her while I'm out at the Twins game back on May 10th. I was very confused about the message, and so I replied 'did you mean to send me that message?' She replied 'yes I did' and we talked a bit the next day, but didn't really talk much for the next couple of days until Tuesday night, she sent me a message saying she needed a distraction, and then proceeded to tell me that her bf dumped her that morning via text message, instead of taking her to the Twins game that night like they had made plans to do. So since the 14th, we've been texting a lot every day. I'm trying to read her signals but it is so damn hard to. I can't tell if she's trying to figure out whether she should get back with me if I want to, or if she just wants to know stuff so that we can be better friends, or what else she has in her head. I just wish it wasn't so hard to figure out. I would like to talk her into not dating anyone and working on us for a while, becoming better friends, and then if we both want to continue on maybe we can get more serious like we were before, I'm willing to try, I just have to figure out how to get her to want to try as well. I wish there was an easier way than waiting...
