Being unemployed is great! But I'll be job hunting tomorrow.
I went to physio today for my foot. Its not horrible, but its a bit concerning. Structurally, the one muscle on the bottom of my foot (where the arch is) is too tight, causing the muscle on the top of the foot to overcompensate, irritating the joint in the big toe area. Also, no more wearing Ugg (or in my case, Ugg knock off) boots. XD
Other contributing factors... well, when I was sitting in the room with my boots and socks off, my feet started turning really blue. The room wasn't even cold, but I've got bad circulation to my feet to begin with. Also, something about the skin at the tips of my toes not being firm enough kind of means the tissue there is dying. This could be from the lack of circulation, as well as blood sugar levels being too high (which could be poisoning the tissue, so to speak). I'm not diabetic (that I know of), but I have a few diabetic symptoms from time to time, and a family history. So I'm supposed to go to the doctor and get checked for diabetes. Its kind of something I've been meaning to do, but I figured they'd tell me I was too young or overreacting.
But I've got stretches and exercises to do to try to fix it up I intend to do them.
I'm not sure when to go to bed now. You know, since I don't have to be up in the morning I've got things i need to do tomorrow though, for sure.
