I drove 300 kilometers today. I also drove about 200 kilometers last night.
Last night my sister and I left my mum's and decided to go home via Turner Valley so I could drive in the country, I suck at turning so we decided to head out towards Bluerock since the road curves alot and there's virtually no traffic. Drove all the way out then back in the half-dark of 10-11 pm.
Today we went to the Millarville Farmers Market, which is about 45 minutes south of Calgary which I drove to, then decided to go to Sundre. For...some...reason. Actually so Ryan could visit and see the weekend RV site house thing of some guy he works with who was VERY odd. He kept calling me Tammy, because he made some joke about Tammy Wynette which I didn't understand. Then I drove home. So...much...driving.
There were no huge incidents; I took a few turns too sharply or too widely. But overall I was fine, when I fucked up there was no traffic nearby at least! I even drove down Glenmore coming in off Highway 8. So I've done city driving now at least, with stoplights and shit.
Now, however, its 8:30 on my Sunday night, I'm tired as fuck but want to actually get something done this weekend. I should clean my room.

right well, cleaning of your room could be done... but is it really absolutly drasticly needed?
As for adopting the British way of speaking you could always spend alot of time down the Ancher. Is seem to remember a few bloody pom's in there, or at least quite a few scots anyway.
By the way have you heard the aussi expression, "dry as a pommy's towel" before?
Obviously its about being very dry but its because the aussies asume we, english folk only bath at most once a month.
