Well after quite some time since my last post life has been quite interesting. After some stressful time pertaining to every aspect in life, I've decided to change a few things up. Took some time for myself to better everything. Some rest and relaxation of the mind and body that was much needed.
After quite the depressing friend break up I wasn't in great shape. Someone I've been so close to for 6 years just up and cuts it off. The friendzone sucks but I refused to stay in it, so I told her how I felt... Again... and got the snip. Oh well here lose. Plenty of fish and all that jazz.... Now to find someone actually worth while, and there are actually some potentials on the horizon.
Outside of this, there has been other aspects of line that have cause more stress then usual... One that finally resolved was my work situation. I have officially booked yet another year at a pretty great job and now I have it till July of next year! Deserved some celebration!
As with every milestone in my life, I have turned to ink. Ended up settling for a small work above a previous one on my right arm. The original being a skull and crossed crescent wrenches on top of an anchor for when I figured out what to do with my life. The new addition was text above it in a traditional lettering that reads "Live on a dare". It was said to me by a teacher years ago and stuck with me. It may have taken me years to understand it, but it finally rings true. It's time to take my own advise. Been way too many points where I have played it safe and won't stand for it any more.
So I tell you to do the same. Go on... I'll wait. I dare you....
