most humbling moment: Following a series of losses ....... divorce, wife, business, girlfriend and death of both parents, I plunged into a dark pit of depression and unconsciousness ..... full of regret and guilt, self-hatred set in and I damaged my health and body ...... during this same period, with low self-esteem, I listened to the advice of others rather than listening to my own heart .... Looking back, it seems like a bad dream but I must live with the consequences.
