As a photographer and artist i am interested in people. Andy Warhols ‘15 minutes of fame’ forms the leading motive in my photographic projects. The accent lies on portrait and model photography in an unusual way. I take them from my own life and experiences with youth. Their wishes, their desires and their expectations offer unknown possibilities for imagination. With this ‘portraits’ and the staging of situations i create pictures of fictive ‘stars’. Again, in an unusual way.
The most of the time ‘glossy’ photography in my latest works makes contact to the world of design and publicity.

I had several good exhibitions (solo and group) that where received very good in several national news papers and many times on dutch national television. If you want i can send my personal data sheet.

The work i make is pointed on people. People and their thoughts. ideas and imaginations pointed on the future. In the pictures i make the models are telling a story and they exist in people who are, through their natural radiation and look, going to be their own future-ideal.

I think we are living in a time in which people may and can dream and that even the identification with the’videoclip-culture’ can be an impulse to walk new ways and tap hidden talents. The quickness in which people are living appeals to me.

In 2000 i graduated from St. Joost's Academy of Modern Arts. Bachelor. Since then i have been travelling around the world. Currently i live in a city where i work in my atelier that lies 60 feet from the sea! That's so wonderful!

Currently i work with lots of organic material in my art projects and i am planning on coming to the US in 4 to 5 months and do an art project and try to finish up with an exhibition.
