Recycle what I can and I sell a lot of stuff. I really don't throw that much away. And when the time comes, I pretty much just do it.

As far as moving day = I have too much shit? Very yes. I can donate most of the clothes I no longer need and/or don't fit me anymore, but I have tons of other things like books and poetry journals and the like that I can never part with. Urgh!
