Had my 39th birthday today.. As with past birthdays, this was no different than any other day. We had a family dinner and cake for dessert. That was nice. All of us together at the dining table. I have been having random memories of my childhood streak through my mind over the last few weeks. That's new. I've got to wonder if there is some meaning to that occurring or is it nothing... I smile when I see them. In the not too distant past, when it would happen, not with the same frequency as recent, I would feel almost melancholy at the time that has passed. I smile now cause my outlook has changed. I don't see it as another year gone, but as a new year to come. I heard once that you have 365 chances every year to start something new. I like that. I've made MANY changes in my life that were derived from that. I like where I'm at in my life. I can't wait to see what else I get to experience. Don't fear it... Let it come and love it all!!! LFG!!!
