so, am back with the parents, and the cat, who has responded by never shutting up and leaving hair everywhere. the dog has taken me on a walk, got me trained to give him food and is too excitable for his own good.

my goodness it's hot, but lovely!

my sister has adopted me, and is taking me to lots of pubs, and as a bonus, i now live near amber, so i can go into the deepest darkest depths of mansfield with her!

yesterday was amusing. after doing bits in town, and being good and going to the gym, me, my sister, my adopted sister (yay kirsten!) and another girl, gemma, got a picnic, and booze, and went to a local park where we enjoyed a game of cricket and drunk men playing football. then the chavs ruined it by driving their car onto the grass and playing 'doosh doosh doosh doosh' music.

so we went home, deciding to sit on the front lawn instead. here's the funny part. my little brother has a really shitty car, and got quite drunk on friday night. his car currently has a fucked passenger seat window at the front. saturday morning come around, he decided to fix it. it promptly shatters. oops. him and his friends go and salvage a car door from a junk yard. instead of removing the thing with hinges intact so they can simply put it on and respray, they cut it off.

ahem. we ladies sit on the front lawn watching 3 hungover 20 year olds trying to get the glass and the mechanism out of the door and put it into the old one. lalalala! we must look like pikeys. there is a skip on the front lawn (legitimately, my parents have never moved and nor would it seem, thrown anything away). ao far its the third time it's been filled. anyway, skip, fucked car with a different coloured bonet hood, hung over shirtless boys and the car stereo playing. all it needs now is for it to be on bricks instead of wheels.

oh yeah, how were they trying to get at the window? first off, the were using a normal saw, and hammers (face palm). then the electric saw came out. i think part of it may have caught fire at one part. we were debating whether or not to film it so when someone lost part of their hand or foot we could put it on you tube. sadly, or luckily (hey, it wouldn't have been me, more likely one of my brothers lackeys) whichever, this didn't happen.

i really hope this isn't our week long summer again.

next sunday i'm going to whitepost farm to feed the mishapen cows and poke grumpy chinchillas (the rodents, not the dogs.)

recently, i bought a pair of shoes. they're flat, but very nice. i wore them out, and they crippled me. there's a blood stain on the inside of the heel. i feel this is a bit too gross to show a picture of.

my shoes seem to say it all about life at the moment.

i am in that cheerful stage of being quite pissed off. i'd drink but i'd probably end up drinking all week and not going into work.

that would be fun. it wouldn't solve anything at all, but i could put off life for a bit.

really, i'm fine. just got to push on through.

the man flu has subsided thankfully, it no longer aches to do stuff. am just trying to persuade my body that it does not want to develop a chest infection.

Brr! Chrissy, have taken down the bag and you can have it when you come over next. you're going to have quite a little hoard cos we still have to get you proper birthday presents!

rather jealous of libra and her chanel glasses! i do have a few make up bits and i love their foundation, but ya know, the glasses are sexy.

really don't have much to say, other than, in another fast show reference, this week, i have been mostly;

*painting my toes and fingers, a rather nice shade of red. no particular reason why, i just think it looks pretty. it also forces me to pay more attention to myself cos chipped nails look rubbish. i am also exremely jealous of libra and her lovely nail extentions. since i can;t afford it, i'll paint them instead.

*changing my septum ring! by myself with pliers! it's one of those horseshoe things now, and looks very pretty! valentines day gift from the ever sexy deadmanshand

firstly, am facinated by the news at the moment, mainly by the nutter who killed those poor sods in ipswich and the levi bloke, who may or may not have killed milly dowler as well. it's just great to see the families of the victims get answers. i love the idea of a DNA database, it's going to make britain a safer place and help solve some old mysteries. i don't quite understand why people would object. their main point seems to be civil liberties and the fear that some people may be set up. umm, bollocks. everyone should be on the damn thing, that makes it fair, and if my dna helps catch some relative of mine that did something awful, then bloody brilliant. the setting up thing seems a bit far fetched.

my second point is; with all of this going on, people have called for the death penalty to be reintroduced, which is one of the most vile ideas ever. it doesn't solve a thing, and who the hell are we to judge were it ends? it's a vicious and awful thing. a life for a life doesn't make it right and it perpetuates the hurt and insanity of it. what happens if we're wrong?! do we put to death the jury who decided? the judge who sentenced?
