Hey man, i saw yer post in the SxE thread, I'm here in Austin, I've been SxE for a looooong time now (I'm 31), but was way into drink and drugs for a long time before that, so I'm not one of those edge kids that doesn't know the other side. Anyway, I have a band that is still fairly new, we've only played a handful of shows, but if you drop by my journal every once in a while, I always post about upcoming shows. We aren't really a SxE band, but some of the lyrics flow in that direction since I write them. We're more along the lines of early to mid eighties hard core, as in no metal, lotsa punk roots showin thru. I dunno, people tell us it's like a cross between Negative Approach and Sheer Terror, if that sounds interesting, you can check our website, it's www.crime-pays.us, there's some mp3 samples and lyrics and such there.
