ok, I need to rant.
(sorry)
I hate my my job.
I hate the fact that when I come home I'm so tired I just feel like watching telly and go to bed.
I hate the fact that my new manager isn't even able to work correctly and come and ask me "if I have a problem" (yes, stupid bitch, I have a problem, it's you! can't you smile? can't you stop criticizing everything I do? can't you see we're so short on staff that I can't even stop for a minute?!)
I hate discovering that my next day off is on wednesday, and it's the only day off for next week...
I hate waiting for the fucking bus for 30 minutes and then being stuck in the traffic jam for 1h30.
I hate banks.
I hate the fact that the cute boy I met last week never called me back.
I hate that my friends are so far away just right now when I need a hug.
Today, I hate London. Today, I feel like going back home, I want to see the people I love and feel good.
let's try to finish on something positive...
I love my new flat, my bed is so confortable I could stay in it for ages. I love my flatmate, she's adorable.
I love when people tell me I have a good accent when I speak English
I promise, next time I will post something nicer
(I don't know when, though, because I'm very busy being exhausted... and watching big brother while eating ben&jerry's cooking dough ice cream to cheer me up)
tell me something fun to cheer me up guys!
Or a room in a flat, with a girl who's studying art... the decoration is awesome, my room has red walls and nice furniture !! And my flatmate seems to be really cool: I move in in 2 days and she's already invited me to go on a party on friday! (yay, a party!!)
Work is kinda... tiring
It's ok, but the organisation is chaotic and it's really busy. For someone like me who has never worked in catering it's a big change!! But I'm glad I'm experiencing this kind of job, it'll help me to appreciate my job back in France!
I already have another opportunity for a job in Liberty, it's a big store in the center of London (I've never been there but it seems to be posh!) If the pay is better than my current job (it won't be difficult) I'll definitely go for it !
Nothing really new appart from that, I'll try to post pictures next time, so that you can see my room !!!!
So, last week was cool! Last Friday I gave my CV to a bakery/restaurant/thing called "le pain quotidien" and they called me back for an interview... 5 minutes later!!! (after 3 weeks of silence from potential employers, I was ecstatic)
I went for the interview, and I had a 3 hour trial to see if I could fit in the job, and I got it! (making coffee is not that difficult actually...) I was on training monday and tuesday to what they call "the academy", where I leaned about their products... it was a bit boring actually, as I had to learn everything by heart (I had a test at the end!) but the good thing about it is that I got to taste their food and wine for free
I started the "real" job today, at 6.30 am, I was ok... I expected to feel worse actually, but I'm just tired and my legs ache...
Now, I have another mission, I have to find a place to live! A nice flatshare would be great, so if you hear of anyting that could be nice for me, let me know!
Apart from that... nothing really new, I bought clothes at Urban Outfitters, I'm already addicted to this shop, their clothes are soooo nice
I can't wait to have a bit more money to go on a shopping spree ! Or maybe I should keep my money for when I have friends to go and drink beers... (for the moment I don't really have many friends here, i'm working on that too)
I didn't have much time to take pictures of London lately, I just took a couple of pics of me the other day when I was bored... wanna see them?
How are you guys? What's new in your lives?
In other news, last week I went to a 5* restaurant with a friend (actually I've only met her but she's really lovely) and we ate a lot of delicious food and drank a lot of very good wine (and cocktails after the diner). That was a lovely evening, the morning after was a bit difficult because I felt soooo heavy
Appart from that I don't really have a lot of news so I'll stop here. I'd love to post pictures but I'm not on my computer so you'll just have to wait
How are you guys?
EDITED: just to say that I've added a folder with pictures of London and me...
So, in a nutshell:
London is cool
I still don't have a job, but I keep looking
We ate crepes yesterday with my friend and her flatmates, and we drank a lot
Result: I'm hungover today...
I went to Urban Outfitters and wanted to buy everything (but I didn't because I have to keep my money for important things)(even if a lovely pair of shoes can be seen as something important)
I'm hungry...
Next time, I promise it will be a bit more interesting, and I'll try to post pictures!
How about you, how are you guys?
Last week end I was in Paris with eliott and met French members and SG:
The day after eliott and I went for a picnic on the ponts des arts with my best friend who came back from avignon just to see us. It was a lovely evening, lots of hugs, kisses, alcohol and laughs...
That's it for now, I have to go and look for a job now... and be a tourist
Just a quick update, i`m in an internet cafe... in LONDON!!!
I`m really lucky, it`s sunny and warm here, my friend picked me up yesterday and spent the day with me, her flat is nice and her flatmates are lovely
Last week was really fun, I met some of the French members and SG (hi there everyone
See you soon guys!!!
I'm feeling a lot better, since my last post, I had a serious talk with my ex and things are more or less back to normal... besides I had lovely evenings to compensate
This is my last day in my appartment, I packed almost everything and all my clothes are in my suitcase... it feels a bit weird actually but I'm glad I'm leaving, I'm just a bit sad about my two cats, I won't see them 'til september!
Time for pictures! yay!
(lots of pictures, you are warned!!)
I had a party saturday evening with my friends, to say goodbye before leaving, it was really nice!
Oh, and I found a treasure at my parents'!
Old photos!!
So, now's time to go and finish packing, and start preparing sushis and makis for tonight (eliott is coming for diner!)
I'll post pictures when I have time!

Trying to sort out my clothes... it's really difficult!

Packing my stuff...

Getting prepared for London. I bought a moleskine city and received it two days ago. It's tiny! It'll be fun to write my own city guide...

I'm taking care of this little guy... I'm gonna miss him like hell.
And I've been drawing...
It's been a great week at work because once a year the theatre where I work welcomes a festival called the RITV. It's a festival where people can discover series, TV film and movies. As you might have noticed, I love watching series so it was cool to be paid for doing it! And I discovered Pushing Daisies, which is a great show, and there's a lovely boy in it...
