maybe i'm just happy to have a place to blog where every effin' person in my extended, intricate, and sometimes annoying, often overwhelming social network of friends won't have immediate access to what I'm writing. Anything I write online these days feels like a terrible show. Performance anxiety is, of course, not limited to bedroom antics and high school speech meets. So tra-la-la and good day to you all. I have a cactus named Fenrus and a penchant for ginger candy. I enjoy camping, frolicking, hot showers and hair-extensions.

um, hey- Welcome back! full disclosure, I did see one of your "other blog" posts about Easter and sobbing parents. The way some people wield catholicism is unfortunate, in that the wake of emotional destruction that can follow can take years to expend its energy.
Ok, crap metaphor there, but I for one applaud your decision to stand up and rediscover how to be you, in your infinite human glory.
and no doubt getting that life crisis out of the way now will save plenty of grief and wailing down the road

ya know, *life* has been great, its just some of the insufferable asshats that can make it tough going at times
