Rant.
Beware to anybody who was once self employed. I haven't been self employed since 2007, but since applying for Child benifits after having Evie I now keep getting letters from HMRC telling me: my tax return is late and i have to pay £100 - but when I call they say... oh it's ok, we can see you're not self employed.
Today a letter saying my class 2 NI hasn't been paid - so I call and keep getting cut off - so I call the information and complaints number - I may as well have spoken to a parrot - he says call the number - I say I have, i keep getting cut off, he says call it back - I say I have I've been cut off a few times, and I was wondering if there was any advise you can give me, he says call the number. I say... you're not very helpful, he got pissy with me, saying i'm not able to do anything for you, so i asked what he actually could do, and he said - I can give you the number. I said I have it, i've called it, it's cutting off, he says - call it next week.
Bah! That is not customer service for a complaints line!

Evie can now make herself fart - by grabbing onto her feet and pulling them up to her chest. AND blow raspberries... which she really enjoys!
Sometimes she does them at the same time!

Yesterday Evie weighed in at 10lbs8! She's a little dumpling! She's now the size of my friends newborn!!
I haven't updated in a while, not that nothing has been happening, but it's all baby related, and I know that doesn't interest everyone.
Evie is now smiling loads, holding her head up, and farting really loudly!!
She's 2 and a 1/2 times bigger than her birth weight now!

Yesterday we popped into town, did some shopping and Evie Bear had her first Starbucks... sort of.

Evie is a whole month old today.... It really seems like a lifetime ago... which, I guess, it actually is... her lifetime.
We're doing ok, finding time to sleep, we've even been out and about.
I hope you're all enjoying the Sun! We've been to 2 BBQ's in 2 days! Love it! xxx
