The biggest thing is getting a good doctor. If done properly they are killer. I like all boobies but poorly done ones, i call those frankin-hooter.

i know girls with boob jobs and as long as you don't go overboard you do well, I think fake boobs feel good too just as long as you don't go to large where you look like a cartoon.

I dated a girl with fake boobs, I didn't know her before she had them but I was told that she really didn't have any before it was done, an A cup to a B was all she changed. Always in the same place, nipples always hard. . . Another friend, a bartender had hers done after a divorce, she has shared stories about how in an attempt to make them feel as reall as possible she literally has to massage them regularly. . .

Felt fake, felt real. Seen fake, seen real. Fake ones look almost to perfect, theres something sexy with boobs that arent the exact same size or the exact same shape. Plus no one likes nipples that point straight up like in fake boobs haha. The feel is a huge difference, even in the small ones they are definately more firm and less squishy. Very scientific i know. In summation i like real boobs more, even if they are tiny they are just how they are supposed to be and i love em all!

I've never felt fake ones but , its a huge turn off to me personally. Your boobs are beautiful as they are , and in my opinion they fit your body perfectly. But in the end its all about what makes you happy

I prefer natural but its a choice. Just don't go crazy big for your frame, that's not attractive.

The way you are taking is the best way. Touched up boobs are awesome, so are natural sets. When they go big or sloppy the whole experience is wrecked. I know two or three girls with boob jobs to correct augmentation, etc. they look really nice and they women are very happy with the results. I know two women who went bigger is better. One went discount...... A) keep them in proportion to the rest of you. B) you get what you pay for, ask to see photo books of finished work.

I have limited experience with fakes. Just one girl. They were small, maybe B cup. But they were too hard and really unnatural.
i have always preferred real boobs. So much softer and they feel so nice in my hands. I have seen videos of girls with fakes that look nice. Check out a video by Squeak. She had a boob job and it looks really good.
Personally, i prefer smaller boobs. Perky nice handfulls. Big ones are just too much for me. I think a moderate increase can be good, but just make sure they are still soft and fun afterwards

I like natural boobs. Actually, I just prefer girls that are natural in general (w/o makeup and that are comfortable with their bodies).

I am all for whatever makes that women feel attractive and sexy. Like misterei said, "I like boobies any way you wrap them" and so do 99% of all hetero guys. BTW I not have asked this question to men, you ask women you will get better answers.
