It's funny how when you think there is nothing left that could impress you, hidden within some small nook of humanity, that last bit of fantastic impression comes out of nowhere to make you feel apart of something. I'm normally a fairly predictable creature of solitude, but moments where I can find someone interesting or the least bit identifiable are by far the most joyous in my existence. Whether it is finding an old friend, meeting someone new or discovering that one person you want to create a distinct life with, there is always an opportunity and a choice that will free you from whatever becomes your ball-and-chain.

Hope remains when all other prospects forsake you. Hold out, await dawn or dusk.

Got my nose pierced yesterday. I did it because I was super bored. I also love them and you don't see them too often on guys, so what the hell! Started with a stud for healing, moving up to ring in a couple weeks or so. On top of that, school starts in less than a month! So stoked for my second year of Uni. Going to be managing two stores whilst studying 3 courses; should be a loaded 8 months!

Soooo hot out today. Sadly, it makes me wish that the fall would come sooner. Then again, that's not such a bad thing; fall means school and part-time work, which is more time to think and less time melting.

Besides that, I'm enjoying my new MacBook Pro. It's week 1 and I've already got all my music back on it. So glad things are running smoothly again.

Things are alright for now, I'd definitely like to meet some new people and be a little more socially "out there", but this will do for now. Have a great weekend, all!

So I bought a refurbished Macbook Pro the other day. Still shipping, but I'm super stoked. The computer I'm currently using is 06/07 Macbook that has seen better days; the plastic exterior cut me the other day, just letting me know how jealous it is and how it really didn't approve of being used to its own demise.

Coincidently I started playing World of Warcraft again. Aside from working full-time as a manager my time off is usually super lame; I've at least got a couple younger brothers to game with. Oh well, school will be starting soon and then it won't matter!

Hope the summer has been awesome and continues to be for everyone on SG. Love <3

I just work all the time, where has my life gone? At the end of the day I'm just tired and alone. I wish I wasn't so removed.

It's finally summer in Victoria, and I now realize how much I love spring. Once it gets over 20 degrees Celsius I'm pretty sure my body just gives up. Yeah, I sweat a little, but I'm certain my core runs hot all the time. I did live in Alberta for 8 years, dealing with 0 to -40 for 8 months of the year, perhaps I'm not entirely acclimatized yet.

Trying to enjoy one more day off before the work week starts. Here we go.
