oh, the hilarity of my job. the funny thing is, i could probably get in trouble for not hanging up on this guy. but i really do find it funny. but then ive been working at a phone job for 9 months. which is almost a year. which is really scary. it definitly has not lessened my fear of all that lies not on the west coast.
