I've been feeling quite down recently and I think it all stems from thinking about my own mortality which i think is because as you get older you tend to hear about death more and i'm shocked at how many of the people i grew up with are already dead.
I really want to believe that when we die something happens. I'm not sure what, I just want to have faith in something.
I work in a court building and overheard someone talking about someone else who would "go to hell for what they did" and all I could think about was how the one thing that scares me more than going to hell is going to nothing, to just cease existing and to never be anything for all of the rest of eternity scares me more than an eternity of pain and suffering (in theory anyway)
I hope that even if there isn't a heaven or hell, we (the people who have passed) are able to watch the world and see all of the things which are taken so much for granted
anyway, enough ramblings. doubt anyone will read this but i'd be interested to hear anyones thoughts if you happen to stumble across it.

Today i spent appox 6 hours twiddiling my thumbs at work. first day back after Christmas and it was quieter than a minutes silence. passed the time designing custom artwork for vinyl toys and working on some new graph, also listened to Justice's album today it is sweeeeeet. i then saw two grubby little ikes arguing over a big mac from Mcdonalds in the street. I ask you a) is it really worth it and b) IS IT REALLY WORTH IT? i almost bought one for them so they could have one each but decided that they looked like they were hooked on crack and might possibly stab me for my trainers.
i realised today that i have drank Jager' everynight for about 3 weeks so i have tested myself tonight by purposely not drinking. So far no cold turkey but one eye keeps going out ouf focus and the tv programs are no where near as good or funny as they were last night. I will keep you posted
