drunken weekend
friday night we all got dressed up and went to durants for dinner, was a really cool place, old school steak house. after that we went to some rotating bar on top of some hotel. since it was for my bday and not on my dime it was stoli martinis and 18 year old scotch for me, it's nice to pretend that i was high class for a night
saturday i went grocery shopping cleaned the house for sunday. it would have only taken me an hour or two but my way of cleaning is 1-have a drink, 2-clean sink, 3-watch a bit of tv, 4-another drink, 5-clean clean toilet, 6-another drink, 7-a bit more tv, 8-another drink, 9-drink again, 10-empty dishwasher. by the end it's hours later and i'm nearly in a coma, went to bed and kept thinking i had to get up in the morning for work
sunday got together with the club and rode south mountain, SO much fun on two wheels, was a beautiful day too. i was nervous coming down at first cause i had just tigtened up my brakes and wasn't sure when exactly they'd grab too hard, but once i got used to it i had a blast. i can't wait for our rally when the ride is gonna be the same thing but a lot longer ride. then everyone came back to my place for a barbeque and beers
a guy had his 1975 honda cb200 and it so made me want my motorcycle here, i'm pissed i didn't bring it down cause i already was bringing two scooters and my brother didn't want that much stuff in the garage, well he moved out last weekend, fucker. i got the bike for $80, it'll cost me $500 to have it shipped here, i could buy a new one for that, so now it's wait to see if my parents move down here but that'll probably be at least a year from now. i'm gonna see if some minneapolis people can bring it to the denver rally in july and then hope there's trailer room to bring it back here, we'll see
