I'm so pissed right now! Bellsouth was supposed to show up yesterday and tell me why I keep losing my connection at random times! But here I am now, waiting on hold fuming over the fact that I'm paying good hard money, and a lot of it, for a service that I don't even get to enjoy. Goddamn I'm about ready to say fuck it and switch ISPs, anyone know how that SBC Yahoo DSL is?

I forgot that was still up lol. Issue should be getting resolved either today or tomorrow. The guy showed up, and fixed a problem outside, but left without telling us he was done, or that he even showed up, so I never knew he arrived. They said the main problem might be my modem (Which they stopped issuing about 2 months after I ordered the service, because it causes problems) so they're sending me a replacement. It should arrive today or tomorrow.
