I like Thompson's version best, too. But the bluegrass is a neat difference.
In most of the USA, getting a license is stupid easy. Here in Connecticut, anything under 50cc's with a max speed under 40mph requires no license. Anything larger requires a multiple-choice computer test and an on-bike exam consisting of a start, an upshift, a downshift a stop a left turn from a stop, a few figure-eights and a rolling right turn. All done in a lot behind the motor vehicle office. A state trooper barks commands like a drill sergeant trying to fluster you, but that's it. You can take the test on a 125cc trailbike, then go buy a Hayabusa. Most states are similar. Washington is the only state I've lived with tougher licensing requirements, and the only state that won't honor your home state's motorcycle license if you relocate there and have to change your driver's license.
