Alright, here's the question....
Should you conform into something you're not just for the money? or career?
Deny all that you are just so you can pay rent on time?
Or even make a life for youself... Is it worth it?
Let me give you an example... I recently got accepted for a positon with a security agency based in the Phillipines. I would work on cruise ships exclusively for the rich and famous. No public allowed. I'm talking about high ranking gov't officials, celebrities, and sports figures. Basically guard their ass and make sure nothing happens to them. And my salary you ask?.... 950 dollars a week plus benefits to start!!
4 days on the ship, 3 days off every week. Sounds good right?
Okay, here is the kicker..... I would have to cut off all my hair, take my body piercings out, and even have my neck tattoo removed with a laser. Paid for by the company, of course. So basically become someone I'm not for the money.
Conform for the MAN!!!
I mean, come on, like having a neck tattoo is going to affect my job preformance. I can still put someone in a chokehold with or without the tattoo...
Anyway, so what do ya think???
Conform and have cash and a career, or be the person I'm not afraid to be... The REAL me!!!
