I saw about Betty Hutton. TCM replayed her interview with Robt. Osbourne which I saw several months ago and she seemed to have a sad but tough quality to her. The obits made a point of saying that the death was not announced until after services had been held, services which her children did not attend. After she left Hollywood, she found her rewards doing housework in some sort of seminary.

HOB can be a great place to see shows. The room is sort of an atrium and it has boxes and balconies (some public, some private) going up to the third floor. I've never been up there but they look pretty sweet. The main floor is good, but only if your in the atrium part. Behind and to the sides the view gets pretty obstructed by posts or the crowd. One thing they're known for there is a Sunday morning gospel performance (think of the Triple Rock Church in 'Blues Brothers') with brunch served. I'd like to go see that sometime. The hotel is supped to be pretty sweet too. I know of some guys coming to stay there for a bachelor party next month. I should ask what they think.

I think I remember when that was a new Steve Martin bit.

Now I feel old.

I find women my age to be much older acting than I would like. I have almost nothing in common with them. It makes me glad I don't have to deal with that dating stuff. Good luck.
