Hello old friends,
It took me a good long while to recover from my vacation. I don't know what exactly happened, but I was completely zapped of emotional and physical energy for a good long while after my return. The fresh food, clean air, walking 5-10miles a day, the excitement of exploring and conquering new territories or simply, the fact that for 30 days, I had no master to answer to except the yearning of what I was going to do with myself. Any, or all, of the above could have been the culprit(s).
If I was younger, I would mourn for the past and wish I could go back; however, I am an older / wiser feller now and know, that moments are meant to be enjoyed because, they are simply what they are. So, here we are, (3) months later and over the last couple of weeks, I have finally started feeling somewhat back to normal. At least, in the sense, that I don't feel physically drained or confined by the ties of responsibility.
Seems, that the winds of change have been a-blowing in everyone's direction these days. Good, bad and just plain ol' different. I hope that whatever breeze is filing your sail now, is full of excitement and fun. If not, batten down the hatches and hang in there. You never know what or who tomorrow will bring.
