I ran 5 miles today, which is the furthest I've run without walk breaks since getting covid at the beginning of January. Small steps! Yay! I've also been mostly needing to keep over a 12 minute pace to avoid the cardiac issues I've been experiencing, so a consistent ~10 mile pace is also a big win for me right now. My other two runs this week also felt good, though they were shorter, so I'm finally feeling optimistic about making progress.
