I'm moving to Pittsburgh!! And I got a new
truck!!! A pic of it is in my mobile pics folder.. The lower valance is hanging a bit, but that's because we tested out the 4WD like a real truck should be tested... The dealer is gonna fix all that up for me though for free, so all good. I'm so excited! I get a new place, a new vehicle, and I'm pretty sure marriage is in the near future, which is freaking crazy, but I already know, he's the one I want, he's the only one I would get on my knee for, the only one I'll admit that I want his kids (even though I don't want kids), I am so in love with him!!

Universal Studios was a blast yesterday, especially seeing mom scream and try to run like a little bitch at the House of Horrors! That was great. We went to watch the Waterworld show, but the bad guys tipped the boat over, so they had to cancel it. The Simpson's ride was friggin awesome, thank you to Zinth for informing me that we had to go. We weren't sure if it was going to be like Shrek 4D, which was cute, but not the best. Also went on Jurassic Park and the Mummy Ride, which that one was a lot of fun... We also ended up getting free passes to watch a live taping of 'Til Death for today, but mom's cold got a bit worse overnight, so I think we're going to hang out at the resort today. But we got hopper tickets to Disneyland and California Adventures for tomorrow, so we're definitely doing that.
Down here at Anaheim, kickin it in a presidential suite of the Worldmark Trendwest Resort, a mile from Disneyland...My mom and I are going to walk there now...We're also going to Medieval Times restuarant, with the King's Royal Package, guaranteed front row seating to a 4 course dinner and 2 hour live horse show, with jousting and god knows what else.. That will be tomorrow night. Also, I'm taking the kitchen from the resort room home with me. it's fucking beautiful....I will be taking pics and adding them. Gotta run, but I'll update as the week goes....
editing to say that we decided not to do disneyland today, both it and California Adventure close at 6, where if we go another day Adventure at 6, Disney at 8, and we can get there when doors open rather than 3 hours late...thought about Universal Studios, but that they close at 5 and its an hour drive, so another one for another day. ha, now we don't know what to do!

Bored and not the least bit tired, but cAn't sleep for shit either way. The dude renting the rest of the house took off and left his radio on, so now I get to listen to a bunch of oldies that's just too loud to sleep through. No commercials, though, that's cool. But fuck. I haven't done much of anything the last couple weeks. Basically reading and walks, I've gone through 4 Stephen King books in the last month, started the 5th today; Tommyknockers. I've been great at taking Duke on a daily hour walk, which some days turn to a jog. I called the MRI place and had them send me a copy of my last MRI, my knees fucked, better in some instances since the original injury, but fucked all the same. It really is a wonder how I don't have pain. So I've basically been keeping it easy without babying it. My moms flying in from Oregon next week; I've got majority of what I owe her, which she's going to use to go to Disneyland and whereever else, but I myself have absolutely no money to join her at the parks let alone the gas to drive her and her fiancé everywhere, which, of course, is what I'm doing next week. But the cool thing is is that even though I hadn't done shit to keep up with my weightloss until recently, and my pictured don't show it (at least I don't think so, looks like I went back to the beginning), I was at Trev's parents a week ago and I had lost another 10 lbs since I've moved, making it 20 that I've lost since just before June. Woohoo! I can tell that dukes lost some too, although I haven't been able to get him weighed. We're doing good, all that really matters in the end.
Got the compressor out of my room and put my dresser in its place with a piece of glass on top, it is now my kitchen. I put up shelving so I have more room, and I bought a fish to go with the bowl and food I have. I no longer have anything at the ex's house, which is good. I haven't done really much of anything the last week or so, played video games, made a tennis partner, played frisbee golf for the first time. Been staying up all night, sleeping half the day. I saw Inglorious Basterds, the new Tarantino movie, I thought it was pretty good. Waiting for work to come in. The city of Norwalk has work for me, but I've gotta wait for the boss man to figure out the details and get me gas money, since he's in Illinois taking care of family business. And my mom is coming down from Portland in 2 weeks! It's great that I'll get to see her, but I've quickly come to realize that I'm basically going to be her chaufer and I have no gas money and I don't have all the money I owe her and thought that I would have by now (I would, but Trev said he'd pay half and now he's backing out). So, yeah, money's really effing tight, been trying to get by on nothing. Which I'm good at, so it's not too big a deal. Just sucks.
So, this past week, I've done a bit. I framed some oversized postcards and a picture I had to get some practice in, and I must say, I love them! I have a few others I want to do, but haven't gottten around to doing them. The cafe across the street opensback up tomorrow, so I'll be able to get online again with a real computer, and not deal with my phone, which is how I've been navigating this scene here for the past week, so I will post pictures of my framework and pics of Angeles National Forest, since Munke, Duke and I went camping this past Saturday. We found that Dukes new backpack really isn't up to the wilderness challenge, but luckily is fixable. I spent half the day today going through a majority of the crap I own, tossed a bunch of crap and boxed up quite a bit to sell. Brought some more things to my own place. I have a full size fridge now! I'm excited still! I think the only thing I could use now is one of those griddle things you just plug in and make pancakes or whatever. That would be nice to have eventually. Other than that, I'm set. I just need this 80 lb compressor moved out of my room! Then I can put in the dresser, put glass on it and have a kitchen counter!

But aftermoving stuff and getting back to Tujunga, I happened upon the LAPD's National Night Out, which was being held at the park across the street! I danced for a good three and a half hours, I'm beat! Also met a bunch of people in the community, and learned on how and where and all to get involved with the town and whatnot. Which will be good to do cause from the sounds of it, I'll be owning the framing business and I'll cut James his check every month! We still have a lot of work to do before we can really dig into business, but it's coming together! I'm excited!
