My vallium is finally kicking in I think, I am beginning to get sleepy.
I'm wondering though, is sexuality within us or is it something around us that we absorb or that we adorn ourselves with.

I know my sexuality can come from something external like a song or a smell, but there are also days when I wake up and it's just there. Sometimes it' the crimson red lipstick that I pull over my lips like a tight sweater holding them into place. Sometimes it's a men's cologne that grabs at my nose and pulls me to it and it awakens something in me.

I think it is important to celebrate all of these causes for awakening our sexuality but I also think it is a good idea to practice listening to the awakenings of the sexuality from within us. The thoughts, the songs in our head, the memories, the fantasies.

I'm feeling it right now and it feels good. It's a red high heel , red lipstick sort of a day.
