Life is grand. I'm becoming more of a hippy every day (I'm using Tom's organic hippy bullshit deodorant which doesnt work but also doesn't clog my armpits with aluminium, and this cycle is my first period I've started using the Keeper. It's AMAZING and sustainable and will save me lots of money).
Folsom was fucking phenomenal. I earned my first hunter green bandana, I learned how to boot black (and got to practice on some boots), and I topped for the first time in over a year. And the girl I topped clearly enjoyed it since we're meeting up again on Monday.
School is ok. I'm not failing (yet) and although I feel like im perpetually behind I'm also feeling like I'm doing a lot more studying. That studying proved to be helpful in Portuguese- I got an A on my first test! MUITO BOM!
I love teaching Female Sexuality. Its AWESOME. Its great to see little feminist lightbulbs going off over these women's heads. And the other facilitators are phenomenal women who love me and make me feel wonderful.
My job is still perfect. I still want to work there for ever and ever.

WORK- I'm working at the Transgender Law Center in San Francisco. I'm doing some seriously cool work. Political stuff, advocacy stuff It's all awesome. I'm also working with United ENDA California on some campaign work..I'll be heading to the Democratic National Convention at the end of August for United ENDA stuff..
PLAY- I'm having a great time exploring the bay area over the summer. I went to Disneyland a few weeks ago with Jack and Ty, which was amazingly fun. I've been goin' to lots of events in the city (like PRIDE! And Dore Alley!) and generally enjoying myself. I'm hardly ever home, though.
LOVE-LIFE- I've been seeing this super awesome, super cute, super smart, super activisty woman. She's sexy and fantastic. I'm really happy and looking forward to seeing where it goes..
DRAG- Our troupe performed at three different events at Pride. WAY FUN, but busy. Things are a little tense with me and our president .I'm hoping they improve. I got tipped a $10 bill last week and made $12 on ONE SONG two weeks ago..
PHOTOGRAPY- I'm doing a lot of work on and off. I'm doing more work with Bob Suicide I'm also gonna be taking production stills for Trannywood Pictures at the end of August. I'm the official photographer for Debauchery (a queer stripper/burlesque show)

And now an update!
I flew into Seattle last Wednesday and almost immediately got onto my brother's boat. We sailed up to Victoria and arrived on Thursday afternoon...Friday I went to Butchart Gardens with my momma, and Saturday morning at 10am we started the Swiftsure race. The race was pretty chill- Nothing too crazy happened (except for breaking the spinnaker halyard..) and we ended up finishing first in our class!
We sailed back on Monday, returning to Seattle around 8pm.
Now I'm home, attempting to recover. Sailing is hard on your body! I feel super sore, but the experience (my third Swiftsure!) was lots of fun.

Drag is awesome. We performed at the FemSex extravaganza, a Toys in Babeland show at the Parkway, and Russian River Women's Weekend. Tomorrow is a performance at Berkeley Pride. Its been awesome. Especially the HOUSE with a PRIVATE BEACH and HOTTUB that we got to stay at for FREE in Guerneville. SWEET.
I'm going to be a Sexual Health Peer Advisor next year. I'm also gonna be a facilitator for the Female Sexuality class. Yea sex!
I have one more final on Tuesday. It's in calc. I have to get a B on it to pass the class. Fuck.
I'm leaving for Seattle on Wed. morning. I get in around 12:30, then I'm immediately getting on my brother's boat and sailing to Victoria for Swiftsure (www.swiftsure.org). I'll be in Seattle for three weeks, but I'm returning to the Bay area for the rest of the summer. I'll be working/exploring/dragging.
