Hey everyone! its been a little while since I have last posted, its been pretty busy, I have actually gotten to see my daughter a ton lately, I had to threaten legal action, which is sad I had to go that far, but it worked for now, and I couldn't be any happier about that, also been busy with end of school projects and studying for tests with my son, he is graduating 6th grade on Friday, I cant believe how time flies, pretty soon he will be a grown man, just hope I have prepared him for the real world, but I will be here for any support he needs

how are all of you? How is everyone? its Friday, I hope you all have some fun weekend plans, I am supposed to go pick my daughter up tomorrow, hopefully it will pan out, I wont be happy about it until I actually have her with me, but I am still excited, other than that I don't really have any weekend plans, I want to get out and do something, but I am not sure what so we will see.

Hi everyone, I know I complain about this a lot but it is a major thing in my life, I just really want to see my daughter, I was supposed to see her over the weekend, and I called her mom to tell her I would pick her up on Saturday, no answer, no reply to my voicemail, so I text her on Thursday and told her what I had told her on the voicemail a couple days ago, now I have no idea where my daughter and her mom live, she just moved and I have been trying to get that info, because by law I have the right to know, so anyway Monday rolls around and she finally calls me and asks why I didn't pick up my daughter, I explained that I called and no response, also texted and called on Saturday, and nothing, and that I cant pick her up if I don't know where she lives, my ex then proceeded to make me look like the ass because I didn't pick her up, and told me (which I doubt is true) that my daughter doesn't want to see me, even if that isn't true, it still hurts so bad, I am sure my ex is trying to get my daughter to not like me or want to see me, I am so heartbroken, and depressed, I don't really have any friends that I can rely on or even talk to anymore, its been so hard, I just want to spend time with my daughter, and I guess its going to have to take a court battle to figure out what is already on paper, I don't have the cash for all of that now, not sure why it cant be simpler, my heart hurts everyday I could use some friends, please message me here or on kik maxpower1313

Cant shake this cold or whatever it is, I was feeling a bit better yesterday, so I went to park with my son and friends and their kids, it was fun, we played soccer and kick ball, haven't played those in years, it was really fun, but think I may have over done it, I hate being sick, especially in the spring and summer, today is supposed to be over 90 degrees and its pretty miserable when you are sick, I am glad I have central air, so its gonna be another day in bed for me, and as always would like to talk to someone, if you are bored and want to talk, add me on kik maxpower1313 or yahoo maxpower_1377@yahoo.

Happy Mothers Day to all the beautiful mothers out there! Your job is never done, as a single father I know a little about this, but moms do so much, and I am truly thankful to have had such a great mother, have a great day, get spoiled and relax, you totally deserve it!

went fishing today, didn't really feel like going, but I promised my son I would, so we went, it was fun, no fish though, but its not always about what you catch, its more about the time spent with people you love and making memories, I only took two pics cause there really wasn't much else to do lol

I am getting sick again, ugh, I hate spring/summer colds, oh well I guess, tomorrow I am taking my son fishing sick or not, I hope its a sunny day, I cant wait to get out there again, fishing is so my happy place, I will post some pics if I take any.

well things are getting better, I have decided to say fuck it and not let things get me down, I hate feeling that way, so I wont feel that way, I have a pretty good life, and sometimes, I let other things take over, and forget that it isn't so bad after all, anyway Spring is here and its been beautiful, I even got to hang out with my daughter for a bit on Monday, we went to the zoo, (see pics below) such a good day, it went by too fast, but it was so awesome to spend time with her and know that she still loves me and that I let her know that no matter what I will always love her and fight to see her, she is 3 and probably doesn't understand, but if she sees how much I love her then she will know.

Saturday me and my son are going out fishing, (hopefully the weather cooperates) and I cant wait, so it looks like its going to be a fun weekend
