I've been seeing one of these 19-year-olds for about two weeks. Tonight she told me that she loves me. I told her to get out of my car.

Today was my first day of college in more than four years. Before now, every time I tried to sign up for classes, I'd get deployed within the next week. First to germany, then to Louisiana, then to Iraq. Finally I have a little bit of time off before Afghanistan.

I know what you mean! I got sick so I stop school for a while. Beeing 25 and having to sit around with a buch of 18 years old is painfull sometimes.

But I have to say I know what happen in Iraq but I didn't know the names of the prisons... so I had to think a bit before making the links in my head. So maybe you should cut us a little bit of salck (I don't says it in a mean way)

I just got back from watching AVPR. That sucked. I can't quite put my finger on it, maybe it was that the soldiers were portrayed as complete freaking idiots. Perhaps it was the blatant stupidity mixed with dumb luck that most of the characters seemed to experience. Maybe it was the attempt at a cryptic ending which ended up looking like a big neon flashing...
