Ok so i thought i had better change this bit as lots has changed for me. Im currently living in Ventura, California where i will be for 6 months, working with a couple of record labels to assist with the press and PR for a number of new bands that they have signed. While im here im hoping to see all that California has to offer so if anybody wants to show me around let me know.

WOW, 3 months since i last posted !!!! well i guess i had better update you all on whats been going on the hadnt i, where to start ????
Well im now back fom California, been back about 6 weeks now, its great to be back but i do miss the place too, i had a great time over there and i met some really great people.
I have moved too, im just on the edge of Cardiff now which is a place i never thought i would be, i take back everything i ever said about wales, it really is a great place.
I visited my sister the other day and saw my niece for the first time in ages, she is so cute now and im glad that she did not forget who i was, I will post a picture up lates when i figure how to download it from my phone.
Well im going to go have a few drinks now and i hope to hear from you all real soon.
