This whole college thing is getting old. Fast. I'm 21 and I haven't even completed my A.A. yet. That's how depressed and worn down I am about college. My third year and I don't even have my two-year degree yet. I keep saying to myself, "I'm gonna do better this time!" and every time, I fail.
But I had a chance encounter with my former speech teacher (whose class I had to withdraw from due to bad grades (it's a recurring theme)) and he said to me, "You need to take College Success. I can see that you are smart and you can do this. You just need to apply yourself and learn how to avoid procrastination."
When he said that I was smart, it meant a lot to me. So, maybe I'm back in the college thing for next semester. I'll try my best!

I'm 32, and I still haven't finished my bachelor's degree yet.
Only 18 more credits to go, though.
