Continuing...

The Guerneville festival was much fun, even though it was slow going the next morning...The high point of THAT day was when the brewer from Stumptown found me and kept shaking my hand and talking about how good it was of me to come and how the event is after all for charity and how he appreciates new participants. He has promised that I will have the chance to come back next year...

As he was thanking me for the 10th time he asked if there was anything he could do for me...I so wanted one of the shirts that his staff wear...After asking my size, he was off like a flash...I was almost all packed up by the time he got back...BUT he had the shirt...in my size...

..It is a simple industrial black shirt with the logo of his "Rat Bastard Ale" over the pocket...and the motto "Happy like a bastard on father's day"...I'm not sure what it means but I like the sound of it...

Got brunch in Berkeley on the way back and spent the rest of the day resting up...I'll be there next year...for another shirt if nothing else...
