So gallbladder surgery tomorrow... side one of my brain says 'don't worry, it's not a difficult procedure, you picked a good surgeon.' side two says 'ack, thems my gizzards!!! DANGER DANGER!!!'

So I have gallstones and I have this new restrictive diet, basically very little fat. Therefor I give you 2 lists one is foods I am currently glad to be eating, and a second of foods I will be glad to eat once I can re-expand my diet.

I know you are s'posed to drive slowly in the snow, but I was behind an F150 going 15 on dry pavement - which is ridiculous.

Brrrr, I just took a hike in 30 f. Which is slightly below freezing for those of you in the metric world. And while I am on metric - I will say this it might be better for length and weigh, but Fahrenheit rocks my world, so nenner nenner.

Got most of my Christmas shopping done last night and I'm exhausted. Have to redo my GF's stocking because she opened it on site... tsk tsk. Nice to have it done in advance been shopping at 3am Xmas morning before, ironically the year before I finished before Thanksgiving, mmm turkey.

I am headed 'home' with my sister for thanksgiving... this is huge because she has been estranged from most of the family since 1997, so I am very nervous and excited, I hope her re-introduction to the family goes well.
