so i finally came to a conclusion on the spirit guide and energy thing. spirit exists and can guide you in life, but there is more to spirit than that because spirit is alive. We living humans are spirit and we should not worship the other spirits in creation, but more like honor and commune with them. Energy is part of spirit and not such a separate thing.
