I've had a personal trainer for a few months, trying to get fitter before I turn 25 in March (eek). My main issue is my flexibility, I feel like I'm made of steel pipes. So she's been getting me to stretch lots and helping me with it that as well as my strength.

My life has been topsy turvy of late but all things come round again, or so it seems.
