Well, my 27th birthday has come and gone. Not too eventful, mostly thankfully since I had a stomach bug the day before and it was not pretty. I was still a little sick on my birthday, which I'd have to say was a first, which kinda sucked, but then again, I might have been more depressed because it was so uneventful.

But 27. I am 27. A few years ago, I don't even know when this actually happened, but I planned out the next few years of my life. And my plan included me being married at 27. I thought this was the age that I would be taking the next step in my life. Settling down, having the real job and the kids, that kind of thing. But after things ended with Heather, my life kinda did a 180, but I still wanted to be married, or at least be dating someone with the potential of getting married at 27. I am in that relationship, a little more than just potential, but it's still at least 2 years away. Do I feel like I'm putting my life on hold? Not at all. I still feel like I'm right on track. So maybe it's pushed back a few but things happen for a reason.

That's all I've got for now. Work has been kicking my ass and it's only going to get worse but at least I'm making some good money. I'll try to post more, but I know I'm really bad at it. And I know that if HrlyQuinn wants to know anything (since she's the only one that I know reads this) she'll just call.
