Bikes again,

Everyone's been listing music so heres my Recent Vinyl,
Not to be snobby about it at all, only because there are so many MP3 from all over the musical map on my hard drive, that the style usually changes up completely sometimes even before the track gets a chance to finish...
So I guess yes, I like my records a lot more than MP3. They look a lot nicer too....

This is King Kahn and Bloodshot bill, probably the best psychadellic hindi rockabilly garage Lp ever made.
King Kahn, Bloodshot bill, BBQ show, the shrines etc.
See them, buy them, play them etc. Awesome.
Zachary Thaks - Form the Habit re-issue (its downstairs) On norton records
This one was a gem, after hearing this track on the Nuggets garage/psych compilation I searched for more from them relentlessly, and finally found one at Neptoon records.
This was a real find for sure...

Other than that I've been playing Vicious cycles, GA'AN, supermachiner, the Turbans, Archie Bronson Outfit and a few more random 45's with Booker T in heavy rotation.

21.5" Imac i3 duo with 3.2Ghz and 1 TB hard drive.
Good enough for what I need, the best part is I can edit video finally.
Heres the first try. Hopefully youtube can stop sucking and actually post it.

Been needing to get writing more, these seem to help.

terminially / astonishing,
The sound is clear,
as the air escapes, and egos deflate,
a gasp that thunders like waves crash,
breaking apart stone hearts with abandon,
then lingering, guaging the backlash,
the scene is a tomb, and all I hear in this deafening vaccum,
are hearts slowly ticking over,
pumping time, up towards digesting minds,
who can simply sit and gape,
collecting thier thoughts as the jaw just drops,
the seconds pass like centuries,
eyes locked in a glacial embrace,
there are no saviors of dinner parties,
no saints of conversation,
the sacrament is revalent in intent,
but with every word uttered, civility spent
one last wave to common sense,
and begin another tangent,
and all I can do is sit astounded, and think...
"Did they really say that?"

Hikes, motorbikes, guns, mushrooms, beautiful girl, good friends, wilderness, rain, no surf, broken toe, no bikes.
Diving again soon, surfing this winter, up for a new job which means more money and moving in with the GF. 3 cats and a Dog in our new place... wherever that ends up being...

My little cat is now lost outside, he took off and now I have no idea where he is.
The neighbors saw him curled up hiding in a backyard a few doors down but he's gone now.
Best I can hope for is leaving the door open and he'll make his way back. Posters are up tomorrow morning but fingers crossed for him please, there are coyotes everywhere and I also had a dream last night where he died.
So I'm kind of freaked out right now...
Dam cat.
