What's your favorite concert moment?
I've been thinking about this a lot lately. I've been to some great shows over the years, but some moments just stick with you. For example, I went to an Offspring show and about half way through their set the spotlight hits Dexter and a grand piano. He played "Gone Away",and it was just him, no back up from any other instrument. It was so powerful that grown men were tearing up. I swear there wasn't a dry eye in the house at that moment. Everyone was singing, lighters up in the air, and for 3 minutes we (the crowd) were one. I'll never forget it.
That's one of five for me... so far at least, and I've been to many shows. So now, I throw the question above to the SG wind. Let me know.

i saw u2 in arizona, sundevil stadium, i paid for the cheap seat way up high and very far away! you could here the great sound just not really see the guys on stage, except the video screen...any way when u2 came out on stage and the lights went down every one lite there lighters, you know concert style. i looked around at the crowd, right behind me was a little girl, 5 or 6, she had her lighter in both hands, with the band starting the first song all she could see or knew was that lighter...such a simple joyful moment! makes me smile and laugh to remember
