Finally after a week of being sick in bed I can get these cool pics of The Salton Sea and Bombay Beach!
Gotta say it was pretty depressing as an environmentalist to see the Salton Sea in post glory of its days. The damage done to the Sea will take decades to turn it around. The towns and community are run into the sand and salt. I can see how this community was once a boomtown in the middle of the desert. The lake is beautiful but pretty much toxic. Dead fish line the shores of The Sea!
Should a lake be red? It is however red! Find the petition and sign it! Lets clean The Salton Sea..otherwise it will be drying up soon and all the toxic material will be in the air on the wind and being carried near you. Asthma and lung health are rising around The Sea and it's not even really airbourne yet....wait 10 years and it will be! I mean think about it...Hollywood children affected by clouds of toxic materials from the desert near you!

Wow what a great weekend yet again!!!! Anza-Borrego's bad lands were not bad at all! It was blooming wild flowers galore!!! SoCal folk go check it out...or Joshua Tree too! I hear because of all the rain it's better than some deserts in bloom right now!!!

Well I guess it's not tooo bad I got to go home for the day after I got soaked while still wearing rain gear...guess San Diego does have a good rainy season.
Anywho it will give me a chance to finish some nude photo sets I shot so I can finally get some pics in a folder..........maybe I can even get some shoots while I'm in San Diego..that would be cool

wow..So much to see and to try and navigate myself around here! Pretty freakin cool! I knew about the SG culture but never knew the ring of it was so popular among a wide variety of humans.
Glad I have a year to see almost all....and try to get a shoot in...maybe, lol! I know lots of photographers trying to be all they can be!!!
