I have a friend visiting from England tonight, she's staying with me and my family for a week, We used to go to school together and have had a kinda on/off relationship cause she's super bossy and opinionated. I hope she's grown up a bit and this week isn't gonna be awful. It's been raining for the last 3 days, pretty unusual for Phoenix.
I'm hoping to go out on saturday night, there's a cabaret on in town that's supposed to be pretty awesome, gonna get dressed up and have a few cocktails.

Hi All,

So i had a rather busy weekend attending the Lake Havasu Rockabilly reunion, I'm trying to embrace the pin up in me after fighting it for so long, i guess i just didn't want to be involved in all the drama. But i thought what the hell and entered the pin up contest. It was fun, there were about 30 girls and me and my bestie made it into the top 15, but didn't get placed, even though we were crowd favorites and got the loudest cheers.
I know i sound like a sore loser, but these things are nearly always fixed.
Was fab to meet lots of lovely people though and i got a bit of a tan from being out in the sun for 2 days straight.

A few of the girls on Sunday, we wore costumes thinking it would be too cold for bathing suits. It was super hot!


And then i got to meet my super fan, she travelled 6 hours to have a magazine signed and then asked me to sign under her tattoo, she got it tattooed over the next day!

I can't believe its already well into February. So far this month has been pretty rad, I got my visa approved last week and just waiting for the paperwork to come through. I got into the main vote for the Ink N Iron pageant, have you voted for me yet?!
And we got a sweet tax rebate so Got to do some shopping yesterday, i was explaining to my husband how i feel kinda high after a shopping trip, he compared it to his smoking and said i had an addiction... maybe i do, but at least my addiction won't give me cancer.
So thanks to the rebate, we're gonna get to go on a mini vacation to Las Vegas, my favorite place on earth, in April, gonna go the same weekend as VLV i think, but just go to the car show cause i don't wanna drop $200 on tickets, rather just get wasted in the casino's and partake in some debauchery in our hotel room!
We were thinking the Hard Rock Hotel, the rooms look awesome and they include a free bottle of champagne with your booking, which i figure will start us off nicely.

In other news, i really want a boob job. I adore big fake round boobs, they're delicious looking

In other good news, i finally had my visa approved, I'm pretty much jumping for joy as i've been working on it for 2 years! Huge weight lifted, Now i'll be able to work, and drive and also travel more!!!!

It's a rainy and gloomy day here in Arizona, which is very rare. I woke up with that feeling i was back home in England, the windows let in a dark grey light and the sound of rain against the glass reminded me of that comfortable feeling of home.
I've been in America for 2 and a half years now, i'm totally used to it but still miss home. I don't really wish to move back there, but a visit would be nice. I really miss my friends and family...
