Hey lovers!
So I had my interview today!
It went well. Everyone was really nice but I dont think the place is for me.
They don't do traditional advertising like television, radio and print.
They sell items/packages that a company has for a discounted price to consumers which promotes the company.
When what I got it was more of an sales postion place, more of a door to door sales type deal. Which I am not into. I would like to work at an tradtional advertisng agency. After my interview they said they would like me to come back tomorrow for 9-6 to meet to clients and do presentations to people. I gave them a call after I talked it over with my mom and asked a few more questions. It is a paid internship but I will be paid min wage plus commsion of what I sell. I told them that isnt what I am looking for and I wouldnt be coming in.
I kinda feel guilty for not taking it. But my parents agree, sales is not what I am going to school for, so why waste my time. Plus I have to drive to each "client" andthey dont pay for gas.
Im over it.

I've always wanted to work at an ad agency too... maybe I should see if I can try that!
