Well, been a long time since I've been on. Too much shit going on recently. Some good, some bad. Well, mostly bad.
So I wrecked my car last wed night, and got charged with a DUI, racing, speeding, marked lanes violation, driving to endanger, resisting arrest and 2 counts of assault and battery on a police officer. Go me!
It's all BS except the DUI. I shouldn't have been driving. I'm just glad no one got hurt. The cops sure did rough me up though. 3 dudes to throw me down and arrest me? I weigh 150 lbs! And who did I assault while handcuffed? Fucking dicks. I took pictures of all my road rash, cuts, and bruises they left on me. I'm not trying to go after the state police for it, but I want the A&B charges dropped for sure.
Sober for 90 days, 3 weeks of drinking a little here and there exponentially added up to disaster. 12 hours in jail seemed like an eternity. Pre-trial conference on May 29th. Lets hope the DA takes it easy on me. After all, I have no prior police record. Wish me luck!
