Yesterday afternoon, the Governor imitated West Wing's Jed Bartlett and walked from the Fortaleza (Puerto Rico's White House) to the Capitolio (Capitol or the Legislature) with the Secretary of State, representatives, and hundreds of people, presumably unemployed public sector people. And -it seems- it might work to solve the budget impasse that has had 95,000 public employees at home, and half the government closed since Monday.
