Finally! It seems like it was just yesterday that I was scheduling my tattoo appointment and bitching about how far away the actual date was. I scheduled it back in September and the appointment is for this sunday, so it's only two days away! I went and talked to my artist today and met this guy I always see in my work who is another artist at that shop. His work is really good as well, I might hafta save up and get something from that guy next. Anyway, the design is coming along nicely and I'm really amped about finally getting more work done. It has been well over a year since my last one (back in Austin in August of 04) and I've had the itch to get work really bad ever since. I'll be finishing off the sleeve on my left arm, although we're only doing the outline and shading on sunday and I dunno when I'll be able to get the color done. Oh well, I'm just excited and even the fact that I'll be dead broke afterward isn't getting me down now.
Current list o' schtuffs....
Reading : I, Shithead. Joey "Shithead" Kiethley's autobiography focused on his band (D.O.A., duh). I just started this at work today and so far it's fucking great. I'm really not all that well versed on Canadian Punk so this is very educational for me. It's nice to know that there was more than D.O.A. and Subhumans (Candian Subs are soooooo much better than the whiny ass brit band of the same name) and of course The Real McKenzies later on.
Listening : Real McKenzies 10,000 Shots. I love this band and they never let me down. I listened to this newest album of theirs about twenty times on my little road trip last weekend and it's so fuckin' good.
There's a longer and more detailed list of what I've been listening to recently over in my group. All of you should already be in there, so go comment in that thread after you comment here.

How is Durango treating you? I visited there once for an afternoon and loved it.
