Oooooookay......sooooo,

long story short-
i'm driving to work on monday afternoon and downtown by the river there are 2 different cop cars/vans blocking off 2 different streets leading into downtown. the cops are out of the cars and they are talking with random people walking by and for some reason i think its some sort of D.A.R.E day/intervention or whatever....and basically i just carry on...
