I would never forget meeting Laney for the first time along side her fellow Suicide Girls at their booth at Wonder Con 2014. She and her friends there were the reason I signed up as a member here. Besides being a model for the company, I also learned Laney was also a make-up artist who was very talented with a promising future for her career ahead of her based on her work I've seen. 2017 would be the last time I've met Laney once more, as she was this time at the Cinema Makeup School booth getting her amazing make up on for onlookers to bare witness. Not only I've met her twice and took pictures of her and with her at those two Wonder Cons, but I also had her autographs on the IDW Suicide Girls Comic issues that were being sold at the SG booth at the time of my 2017 experience. Despite my limited encounters with her, I felt like I lost one of friends at an age too soon upon hearing the news about her passing. With her talent in make-up, I wished we had worked together on a project. Laney was a sweet and kind model and very talented make-up artist who left us too soon, but left a legacy of her works in both modeling and make-up artistry with us to inspire future talents. May she be at a better place. Amen.
