Running, it's been alien to me for far too long. Stupid knee has kept me from it. I can't express how much I feel at this moment. I've regained part of myself. I felt so good once I got home, (I'm completely out of shape so it did hurt but hurt sooo goood) danced in the shower kind of good. It's friday and I'm headed out to start the weekend off! It's good to feel like me again.
