Well I was listening to Slipknot tonight and I couldn't get this image out of my head while I kept this song on repeat so I went ahead and made it into a music video. I took the "Usagi" video from the Silent Hill "Lost Memories" DVD and synced it up to Slipknot's "Wherein Lies Continue." I think the sync turned out to be pretty good and it changes the flavor of the video quite a bit. Let me know what you guys think!

Time for a new blog! I hope everyone had an awesome Halloween! Mine was pretty great once all my friends got together. We had lots of food and drink and even some Rock Band 2 going on! Here's a few pics from the party. I was a serial killer with a bloody apron and blood spray all over me (sorry no pics with the apron). Some of my buddies were Gandalf, Peter Petrelli, Claire Bennett, splicers from Bioshock, Mario and more...check out the pics!

Well I just finished another creation. This one is a custom made hockey mask I did for my own personal collection. The goal of this exercise was to create something that looked old/vintage. A hockey mask that you would perhaps come upon at a flea market or antique store. Let me know what you guys think!

Well I've completed my first week of living a "healthier lifestyle." I've been going to the gym for 2 hours a day and cutting back drastically on carbs and calories. I'm not going to weigh myself for at least 4 more weeks. I should notice a significant difference by then.

This won't be ending after 6 weeks, but that's just a good point to measure progress and adjust accordingly. I took some before pics and those won't be posted any time soon. Perhaps after 6 weeks I'll post some before/after shots.

The first day I weighed in at 245 at 5'10" wearing a shirt at XXL and a 38" waist. I had some muscle already, but it's hard to tell at around 25% body fat.

The reason I started all this isn't really to lose weight though. I'm a full believer in the balance between mind/body/spirit. I've been out of balance for a while and every aspect of my life has suffered for it. That's all over now so I'm getting everything back to proper balance.

Well...today's my birthday so what better time to start a blog...
The day has been pretty uneventful. I went to work and school. I found out I have a 10 page research paper due next week...(should be alot of fun).
It was kinda wierd coming home on my bday and everyone left...so I got to spend my evening with my dogs.

oh well...hate to sound like a bummer, but...feeling just a bit bummed.

I am excited about tomorrow though. My friend Adam and I are heading down to Atlanta to see Down! How cool is that!?!?!
